Episode 27: Finding joy in knitting

Consider the Fair-isle knit a long officially underway! A hashtag (#FairisleVestKAL) has been used over on instagram, a group created on Ravelry (link below). In todays episode I show the progress on my Nighthawk vest and a small knit for the boy and talk a bit about why knitting and making this podcast is important to me.

Fair-isle Vest knit along

#FairisleVestKAL - will run until the end of September 2021. I have cast on for the Nighthawk Slipover by Wilma Malcomson, published in Shetland Wool Adventures Journal vol. 2.

If you want to join the KAL there is plenty of time, I have made a collection on Ravelry with some of my favourite patterns that are available on the platform. I will keep adding to this list as I find new inspiring designs.  The link is open to all, also non-ravellers.
